Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
Our goal is to get your parts to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. How We Ship (Our Fulfillment Network)
To offer the largest possible selection of premium aftermarket upgrades, Built Not Bought Parts Source LLC utilizes a distributed fulfillment network. We partner directly with major manufacturers and regional distribution centers.
Because of this, your items will ship directly from the warehouse closest to you that has the part in stock. If you order multiple parts, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different days.
3. Shipping Times and Estimates
We do not guarantee shipping times or delivery dates. Any transit times or delivery dates shown at checkout are strictly estimates provided by the shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). Once a package leaves a fulfillment center, the transit time is entirely in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier logistics, or warehouse inventory fluctuations.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
5. Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items
The automotive aftermarket is highly dynamic, and inventory levels change rapidly. If an item you ordered is on backorder or out of stock at our partner warehouses, we will notify you via email as soon as possible with an estimated restock date. You will have the option to wait for the part or cancel that portion of your order for a full refund.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your parts arrive damaged, please save all packaging materials and take clear photos of the box and the damaged product. Contact us immediately at bnbpartssource@gmail.com so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office/carrier hub. If it is still missing after 3 business days, contact us to initiate a trace.
